Our Process
Our process is designed to provide you with a stress-free experience. We work with you every step of the way to ensure your project is completed to your satisfaction. From design, to the finishing touches, we have you covered.
Design Process
The first thing we do when asked to look at a new project, is to sit down and get to know each other. After all, we are about to become friends! Our goal of this first meeting is to gain enough information about your project, so that we can put together a budgetary proposal. A budgetary proposal is one we can create much quicker than a formal proposal with costs typically accurate within +/-10%. This budgetary proposal gives us a starting point to creating a formal proposal and proceeding with your home project.
Formal Estimate
We provide you with a detailed estimate that outlines every aspect of your project. This will give you a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the entire project. The estimate includes details of every material being used and allowances for items that have not yet been selected. It is so detailed that not only does it become our formal contract, we also use it as our master job punch list.
On-Site Consultations
To ensure that the project is executed according to your preferences, we insist on regular on-site meetings. In person, or via Zoom, or Facetime, we make sure to keep you informed of the progress throughout the entire project.
The Finishing Touches
We pay attention to every detail to ensure that your home is complete with all the necessary finishing touches. Our goal is to provide you an experience and quality of workmanship that exceeds your expectations.
